  • About 90% of the simulated signal events for this limit have energies between 5 and 300 TeV, while 5% have lower and 5% have higher energy.
  • The main sources of error are again uncertainties in the simulation of the ice properties (�15%) and the detection efficiencies of the Cherenkov photons (�20%).
  • We assume a mean background of 0.96 with a Gaussian distributed relative error of 73%, and an error on the signal detection efficiency of 25%.
