General Comments
The charge to the committee, the membership with their affiliations and the agenda of the meeting
are given in Appendix 1.
The panel thanks the speakers for their thoroughly prepared presentations, which kept well to a very
tight schedule. The panel acknowledges that its present charge reflects some of these previously expressed
